HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES

Our dedicated housekeeping team ensures that your apartment in Kashmir for your stay is cleaned daily between 10am and 5 pm. We provide fresh towels and linen during your stay.  In our efforts to conserve water, our team changes the towels and linen upon request, with a maximum frequency of every 3 nights.

MEALS

While meals are not included in the pricing, we offer the convenience of arranging a cook or a chef for you. You can directly pay for their services, including groceries based on actuals and a “making” charge tailored to your requirements. We recommend informing us in advance to ensure availability during your stay.

MONTHLY STAYS

We provide generous monthly discounts for guests planning an extended stay at our Apartments for rent. Please note that guests availing these discounts are responsible for utilities such as electricity, laundry of linen & towels, water tanker, and diesel for the backup generator. AMENITIES

  • Families, couples, and mixed groups are welcome. We won’t be able to accommodate men-only groups, weddings or parties.
  • Security Deposits: 
    ₹10,000* for a short stay (Cash or Gpay block) 
     ₹ 30,000* for a long stay (cash) 
    Damages to property or the cost of missing items will be deducted from this security deposit amount.
    *To be paid on check-in. 
  • Access to guests will be given as per the details provided at the time of booking.
    Please provide accurate details about guests, including the number of guests and the composition of the group.
    Note: We have a strict No Visitor policy.
  • Drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises.
    You can smoke, but only on the balconies and outdoor areas.
    Can be fined a cleaning fee of Rupees 10,000*, if found smoking inside the homes.
    *To cover the cost of cleaning, and deodorising drapes and upholstery.
  • We have a no-pet policy.
    Exceptions can be made, against a security deposit, to cover for damages if any.Travelling with a pet? Call our reservation team and discuss.
  • No loud music and/or parties after 10 PM. 
  • Our homes are all part of a peaceful neighbourhood. 

Cancellation Policy applicable on Standard Dates:

  • 0-7 Days Before Check-In: No refund or credit note issued
  • 8-15 Days Before Check-In: 50% refund (subject to a processing fee) or a 70% credit note
  • 16-30 Days Before Check-In: 80% refund (subject to a processing fee) or a 100% credit note
  • Beyond 30 Days Before Check-In: Full refund (subject to a processing fee)
  • Note: A 5% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds and refunds will take up to 15 working days.
  • Cancellation Policy applicable on Peak Dates bookings: (This policy covers any booking which contains at least 1 peak day from the peak dates list given at the end)
  • 0-30 Days Before Check-In: No refunds or credit notes issued.

Credit Note Terms:
1. The credit note must be used within 6 months (from the date of cancellation of the original booking).
2. The credit note must be used to pay for the property and against the booking value and not additional services.
3. To redeem/transfer the credit note, please email reservations@qaafresidences.com along with details. Any difference in the amount must be pre-paid to confirm the new booking.
4. No Discounts will be applied when using the credit note and the new booking will be non-refundable and cannot be amended.

Non-Refundable Coupon Policy:
Book now using the code “NONREFUNDABLE” to enjoy an exclusive 10% discount on apartments when you book at least 15 days in advance for non-peak dates.
Please note that this rate overrides our standard booking policy. The booking will be non-cancelable and non-amendable, and the discount cannot be adjusted after the booking is confirmed.

  • Check-in time: 2 pm.
    Check-out time: 11 am.
    Early check-ins and late check-outs can only be accommodated based on availability and are chargeable. Our Guest Relationship Manager will be able to confirm availability and cost 12 hours prior.
  • The minimum age of primary guests must be at least 18 years.
  • Government regulations make it mandatory for all guests to carry: A valid photo identity card . Address proof at the time of check-in (PAN cards are not accepted). We would not be able to proceed with the check-in without these documents and would consider the booking a “no-show” (no refund possible).
  • The per-night tariff does not include charges for services such as airport transfers, restaurant reservations, extra beds, extra linen/towels etc.
  • We offer generous monthly discounts for long stays.
    However, for monthly bookings, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, WIFI, Tata Sky, water, laundry of linen & towels).
